Just over 3 years ago, motive8 opened its first privately-owned training studio in Kew, West London followed more recently by our brand new studio in Leeds city centre. Offering state-of-the-art equipment in a stylish and relaxed environment, clients can access a whole host of health and fitness services supported by motive8’s renowned reputation and outstanding expertise.
Our studios are the ideal base for achieving your personal fitness goals, offering one-to-one or buddy personal training and Pilates, small group fitness classes, sports therapy, injury rehabilitation and massage.
Boasting a complete range of fitness equipment, clients have access to cardiovascular, free weights, Olympic bars, cable motion resistance machines, kettle bells, plyometric platforms, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, video gait and biomechanical analysis technology and much, much more.

motive8 North has recently opened a new Personal Training and Class Studio in Holbeck Urban Village, Leeds. Situated in the grounds of Marshall’s Mill, the studio offers 1:1 training, buddy training and small group fitness classes.
Gareth Traves is the head Trainer at motive8 and has looked after our training department for the last 4 years. Gareth’s main interests and expertise lie in performance and training for specific goals and targets, which has led to him working with numerous athletes and celebrities for a variety of events.
Jenny Mullen is one of motive8’s Sport Rehabilitation Therapists and has looked after our GP referral scheme for the last 4 years. Jenny’s main interests and expertise lies in assessment of injuries, postural analysis and correction as well as the restoration of proprioception and core strength following an injury.
