Project Case Study

Swaylands, Penshurst, Kent

Oakdene Homes

Located on the outskirts of Penshurst in Kent, Swaylands is a large converted Victorian house consisting of 28 two and three bedroom apartments.

Once owned by the Drummond family, the development combines the character of an older building with the comfort of modern living.

Adjacent to the striking original house is Clockhouse Mews, a stunningly quaint collection of six mews houses in the most idyllic of locations surrounded by pretty woodland walks, a magnificent rock garden and beautiful man-made lake in the 50- acre Swaylands grounds.

Set over almost 1000 square feet, the new gym offers a comprehensive selection of Life Fitness cardiovascular equipment alongside strength and resistance apparatus to provide a full body workout. There is also floor matting, a good selection of free weights and Swiss balls for core stability exercises.

The gym is open 7 days a week and utilises a secure key fob access system to ensure exclusivity for residents as well as an enjoyable and comfortable workout environment at all times.
