Dalesauna
Since their formation over 30 years ago, this enterprising company has carved out a reputation as one of the country's leading sauna installation experts, providing a wide range of commercial saunas, steam rooms, spa plunge pools and much more. Dalesauna continue to lead innovation in the sauna and steam relaxation sector, investing in the development of the latest salt inhalation technologies, as well as redefining spa-luxury with our bespoke aromatherapy rooms, ice features and Egyptian rasuls.

Heritage Pools
Heritage have over 30 years experience in designing and building beautiful indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Heritage Pools were winners of the 2010 Design Innovation Award, the prestigious 2009 Indoor Pool of the Year and the 2008 Residential Outdoor Pool and the Commercial Pool of the Year.
Project case studies
The Lancasters, Hyde Park, London
Built by Northacre and redesigned by Nilsson Architects, The Lancasters was originally an elegant parade of 15 magnificent stucco-fronted Grade II listed houses dating from the mid nineteenth century.
Skyline Central, Manchester
Following our collaboration with West Properties on their award-winning Lumiere building, Motive8 was pleased to be involved in the conception, fit-out and subsequent operation of Skyline Central.
Grayshott Spa, Surrey
The spa facilities at Grayshott have recently undergone a transformation to update them and bring them in line with the rest of the retreat, which has a modern twist on country chic with its luxurious décor and sumptuous furnishings.
The Apex, Kew Riverside
motive8 began working on the Kew Riverside project with St James’ Homes 18 months prior to its opening in 2003 and remained in charge of the facility’s management and maintenance for 7 years.
Charters, Sunninghill, Ascot
Charters in Sunninghill, Ascot is a lavish expression of luxury and leisure. Comprising three superb individual buildings set on a beautiful hillside setting 250 feet above sea level, Charters makes a naturally private country residence.
Cyclops Wharf, Isle of Dogs
Cyclops Wharf is a riverside complex located on the western side of the Isle of Dogs. Built in 1986, it offers 180 luxury apartments and 24 mews style houses. The gated complex has 24hr porterage, CCTV security and a well-equipped leisure centre with a swimming pool.
