A key benefit of the motive8 service is our ability to produce both 2D and 3D renders in-house. This enables us to turn projects around at a much faster rate as well as providing clients with a realistic impression of their finished facility prior to project commencement.

Through our relationships with some of the world’s best equipment suppliers, each client is guaranteed to receive the best solution for their particular development.

The inclusion of a bespoke-designed, residents' onsite gym typically adds just £7 per apartment per month to the service charge, a fraction of the average UK commercial gym membership costing approximately £50 per person per month.
