Imperial Wharf, Chelsea, London

The Gallery in Hove was developed by Barratt Homes Southern Counties in the lovely suburb of Hove in East Sussex. Located just around the corner from the picturesque St Ann’s Well Gardens, residents can play tennis, go to festivals and take walks in the grounds.

Great West Quarter, Brentford

Langdon Park is an exclusive development situated between Teddington and Hampton Wick. The development comprises 188 houses and flats and also features 35 acres of landscaped gardens and a separate building housing the residents-only gymnasium.

Maple Quays, Canada Water

Canada Water is located on the south bank of the Thames between Greenwich and Shad Thames. It is currently in the midst of a phenomenal regeneration programme. The new master plan is focused on creating a vibrant canal side community of 2,000 new homes, a large proportion of which are being built by preferred developer partner, Barratt Homes.

The Gateway, Leeds

As motive8’s first mixed-use development installation, the Gateway proved to be one of our most exciting gym design projects. Located in central Leeds, this award-winning project houses in excess of 500 residents, 20 commercial units and now, a 1200 square foot gymnasium featuring state-of-the-art equipment in a spacious and modern environment.

Tachbrook Traingle, London

Tachbrook Triangle is an exclusive apartment complex located on Vauxhall Bridge Road in London. Making maximum use of a small space (in relation to the number of apartments) was critical in the gym’s design.

The Bishop’s Avenue, London

Allingham Court is a stunning development in the heart of one of London's most prestigious roads, The Bishops Avenue, N2. As an exclusive development of just twelve individual residences, the facilities at Allingham Court are the height of luxury living.

Lockhouse, Camden, London

On the bank of The Regent's Canal in Camden stands The Lockhouse. It comprises 115 one, two and three-bedroom apartments; many with balconies or terraces which overlook the canal or the split-level landscaped courtyard which forms part of the development.

Valley Mill, Elland, West Yorkshire

Valley Mill is a great example of how a small space can be utilized to maximum effect – although compact, the gym is extremely functional and includes a great range of Life Fitness kit including a recline bike, treadmill, cross-trainer and Concept2 Rower.

The Apex, Kew Riverside

motive8 began working on the Kew Riverside project with St James’ Homes 18 months prior to its opening in 2003 and remained in charge of the facility’s management and maintenance for 7 years.
