Gym Aftercare & Maintenance

motive8’s aftercare packages are designed to ensure that every client continues to experience hassle free enjoyment from their facility post-installation. Our maintenance contracts are a cost-effective solution to facility aftercare, keeping your gym equipment in good working order and highly reducing the likelihood of expensive unforeseen callouts.

Following an initial site assessment, our technician will come to your site and complete a full service checklist, a copy of which will be left with you on completion. If equipment is faulty, we will notify you and order the necessary parts for repair, all with minimal disruption to your facility.

To report a fault, please fill in the enquiry form on the left hand side of this page, stating the gym name and a description of the fault. Someone will be in touch with you within 24 hours.

Another aspect of our aftercare package is our induction service. Once a new facility has been launched, a motive8 trainer will come to the development and demonstrate to all new users/residents how to get the most out of the equipment. In addition to educating all gym users, the induction service also helps to fulfil a management company’s health and safety obligations. During each induction session, a pre-exercise questionnaire is distributed to all inductees in order to identify any potential health issues which may affect an individual’s ability to exercise safely.
