Project Case Study

Trinity Place, Raynes Park

St James Homes

Trinity Place is the latest of our installations for St James Homes, this time in SW20 in Raynes Park. It features a selection of 1 and 2 bedroom contemporary apartments with two large communal roof terraces. All apartments also benefit from either a balcony or terrace and access to a car club.

The gym is just over 65 square metres in size, an ideal size for the number of residents living at the scheme.

We opted to install the new Technogym Element Dual Adjustable Pulley, an incredible piece of kit which makes excellent use of the space available. Users can perform over 200 exercises on it, providing variety and diversity to any workout.

For cardiovascular exercise we installed a treadmill, upright bike, Octane Elliptical Cross trainer and a Concept2 rower whilst free weights, a multi-adjustable bench and stretching area provide for upper body strength training and core exercises. Finally two resistance machines offer targeted leg strengthening.

An open evening was held a week after installation, offering residents the opportunity to come down and visit their new facility. motive8 trainers were on hand to answer any questions as well as provide inductions to any residents who were unsure of how to use the equipment.

motive8 has since been retained to maintain and service the equipment on a quarterly basis as well as deliver inductions to residents as and when they require.
